Modeling of segmental excavator working tool for soil compaction

چکیده
The development of a methodology for physical modeling the working process and replaceable tool an excavator soil compaction in construction, maintenance, repair man-made engineering structures confined spaces are considered article. This is based on rheological model containing Hooke Newton's elements connected parallel (the Voigt method integral analogs that have been used to obtain main similarity criteria adequately characterize static during elastoviscoplastic deformation). formulas transition from parameters full-scale by segmental obtained option without changing properties.

Numerical simulation of dynamic soil compaction with vibratory compaction equipment
Roller drums make use of various shapes and their dynamic compaction effect is achieved by different kinds of dynamic excitation systems. The bearing capacity of layered soil constructions can be measured during the soil compaction process. The finite element method has been applied for dynamic analyses using elastic models. For the realistic simulation of the dynamic compaction process it is n...
متن کاملCutting and Impedance Model of Soil- Excavator Interaction
The present work considers a double wedge soil cutting model, suitable to describe the soil-tool interaction in automated digging processes. This one or a similar model will be the base to reach a set of equations by which to fit online typical soil and tool parameters, instead to fit these parameters by time consuming autoregressive methods. The final aim is to reach a predictor of soil-tool i...
متن کاملSoil Compaction: Effects and Amelioration
Soil compaction was identified as the cause of ‘growth stunting disease’ in sultana grapes and ‘red death’ in cotton at the Lower Orange River and Vaalharts irrigation schemes. In an experiment growth stunting disease was eradicated completely and yields of sultanas increased substantially by deep cultivation, which eliminated compacted soil layers. Ripping increased the quality of tobacco, and...

Keller, T. 2004. Soil Compaction and Soil Tillage Studies in Agricultural Soil Mechanics Doctoral dissertation. ISSN 1401-6249, ISBN 91-576-6769-1 This thesis deals with various aspects of soil compaction due to agricultural field traffic, the draught force requirement of tillage implements and soil structures produced by tillage. Several field experiments were carried out to study the mechanic...
